What happens after you send your request

Once your brief arrives, a senior consultant will review it and acknowledge your request within two business days. If we need more information to scope the work properly, we will ask a few targeted questions by email — nothing lengthy, and only what is genuinely needed.

You will then receive a written proposal outlining the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Wherever possible we quote on a fixed-fee basis, so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
